Goals: Writing Them Is Not Enough
This workshop will build leadership skills in six critical areas to support goal achievement. Participants will learn to facilitate an interaction that produces a one-page document guiding their own and their employee’s behaviors to accomplish goals.
Fun With Feedback
This workshop will train leaders in the behavior shaping techniques of positive recognition and feedback. In it they will learn the rationales and methods to offer both to effectively support performance excellence.
Coaching For Excellence:
Effective Performance & Relationship Management
The Coaching For Excellence (RPM) Protocol is a carefully scripted, step-by-step protocol that is designed to help leaders provide the immediate, consistent, and effective coaching that is essential in developing effective, employee driven problem-solving. While developing employee ownership, it generates action plans supporting real change and enhanced performance.
Accountability: Consequences
vs. Punishment
This workshop underlines the importance of accountability in creating a profitable and positive work environment. We’ll learn effective strategies for “paperless” as well as formal accountability using consequences rather than punishment. Participants will also learn to handle difficult employees with a professional, positive tone and clear strategies to keep the conversation focused on attaining the required change.
Inside-Out Leadership:
Who You Are Is How You Lead
So what do you call a bad golfer with good clubs? Any tools (leadership or otherwise) are limited in their effectiveness by the hands that wield them. Too often we focus on the latest training opportunities that will provide new skill sets without considering the leader’s ability to use them well. No matter where you go, there you are. It’s time to turn our vision from what’s the next thing “out there” to what’s the constant thing “in here” that keeps us from using what we know already, well and consistently.
